Hey guys I have asked blizzard if its possible to merge my two accounts which have different names but are under one battle.net account into one account. One account is mine and account I have bought 4 years ago.

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting us regarding transferring your character to a different account. To initiate your transfer please login at https://eu.battle.net/login/ and select "Account" and the bottom of the homepage. Choose the World of Warcraft account that you wish to manage. On the next page, please click "Paid Character Transfer" and follow the on screen instructions. When you have selected the realm and the character to move, you will be able to select to "Move Character to another Account". Choose the destination license from the drop down list of available licenses on this Battle.net account and confirm the transfer request. During this process you will be asked for payment information. This is for verification purposes only and you will not be billed until the character transfer has been completed.
Please note that the character transfer request can take up to 5 days to process and you should be receiving an email once your transfer is ready to finalised. If you do not receive this email, you can check the status of your character transfers from the account management page by clicking on the 'Paid Character Transfer' button.
If you cannot see the character on the new realm after the transfer has completed, please try the following workaround which will refresh your character list.
1) Log onto World of Warcraft.
2) Select the realm you transferred the character to.
3) Create a new character
4) Log into the game with the new level 1 character.
5) Log back out to the character selection screen, your transferred character should appear.

Please note that you will only be able to transfer characters from a license with a lower level of expansion, such as from a Standard World of Warcraft account to a Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King or Cataclysm account. It is not possible to transfer a character from a Wrath of the Lich King or Burning Crusade account to a Standard account. It is also not possible to transfer characters from an account that is not merged to a Battle.net account.
Our Paid Character Transfer service will enable you to transfer a character from a World of Warcraft license to another within the same Battle.net account, but also to transfer to accounts on a different Battle.net. If transferring within the same Battle.net account; once a character has been transferred, this character is subjected to a 3 days cooldown period before it is eligible to transfer again to a new realm or account. The only way to move the character to a new realm or account would be to wait 3 days for that character to become eligible for another transfer.
As stated when merging your World of Warcraft account with your Battle.net account, once the merge has been completed, Paid Characters Transfers from the newly added account to another Battle.net account are restricted for 30 days. However, you will still be able to move characters between accounts registered to the same Battle.net account during this time.
Please note that it is only possible to transfer a character between two Battle.net accounts where you are the named owner. This means that the name of the account owner needs to be the same on both accounts. Please note that any attempt to transfer a character to or from an account where you are not the owner could be considered a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use and could lead to Blizzard taking disciplinary action against the accounts in question, including but not limited to warnings, temporary account suspension, or permanent account suspension, as determined by Blizzard.

So, what I understand from this, its possible but if they will find Im not owner of both accounts I will get banned.
How can they find Im not Original owner?
