Am I being hacked with some sort of client crash program/bot?

First of all i want to say hi to all of you mmowned users =) . The problem that i have, and also the reason that i decided to open this topic is because for the last month or so , i think that someone is using some type of hack/crash script that it is used to crash my game while being in the arena, giving me a in-game error.The reason why i am saying this is because i am getting this errors while playing the arenas , but only vs 1 person.Everytime it seems he might lose , i get an "unfortunate/accidental" error. I've repaired/reinstalled wow, cleaned my windows , hdd etc , but as i said this happens only with 1 player in particular.I am currently playing WoW on a good blizzlike trinity core based server WOTLK 3.3.5 @ around 1.1k players. If you can confirm that there are some sort of hacks like these , and if so, if there is any way to prove that he has been using them , please , do help =) . Thanks in advance.

I would say he is using some sort of gm command a hack like that would have to be server side.
