What are the best gold sites?

I have read some reviews and MMOkings was the highest-rated sites, but some posts in these forum recommended this site called gameUSD. I do not really care about the prices( as long as they are not ridiculous) if they are safe, because I plan to buy about 3k gold at the moment I start WoW. On my first toon. What do you guys think? I apologies if this is not in the right forum, but I would think it'd be pretty stupid to post a question in 'Gold seller reviews' section. Thank you for your time.

Gold buying is NEVER safe. Don't get fooled. Best bet is probably a private seller most likely.

Yeah, read that from a lot of ssites. But at my first offense, will i be perma-banned or 72hr banned? and what is the chance of getting banned after all?

Also, I'd like to know the answer to the question on the previous post - Will I be perma-banned or 72hr banned if it's my first offense buying gold?What is the chance of getting banned if I used the AH method of gameUSD on a level 5~10 character(Which will be my main toon)?

It also really depends on how much gold your buying at a time... if you're buying more than 20k, it's really risky... and you'll most likely be perma-banned.

I am not really concerend about service or price as long as I get my money and not get banned. :P
