Sort of scammed someone. Can I be legally sued or anything else of that sort?

    Hey guys!

I recently sold my WoW account. After about 3 months I decided to start playing WoW again so I retrieved that account. The person was still using the account when I retrieved it, he also added a new game (starcraft) to that account.

The transaction was done through Paypal. It has been around 2-3 months since the transaction.

The person only knows my email addresses and real name. Theoretically, is it possible to sue me? Can I get into trouble for doing this?
    Thanks.

    as already said:

the legality is meaningless. your actions are deplorable. seriously. and stealing his copy of star craft 2? REALLY? i wouldn't bother suing. i'd find your address and kick your nuts back up inside your body so you could go through puberty AGAIN.

Nope but your account may get banned if the guy you scammed would create a fuss about it because account sharing is legal only with friends&family. Also, you're an arse ^^

Okay, first of all, it was the original Starcraft Anthology he added, not Starcraft II.
Second of all, it probably doesn't justify what I did, but I sold him the entire account (WoW up to WotlK, SCII and WC3 with expansion) for 20 bucks. So he got a pretty sweet deal there even if it was for ~3 months.

I didn't open this thread to hear how big of a douchebag I am, I know what I did is sort of wrong but I just wanted to know whether or not I'm covered legally.

Back in the good ol days. That was a great forum, but to many noobs ruining it for everyone.

@OP, nothing wrong with some scamming, but only do it if you aren't going to be a retard and ask if you are going to be sued.
