Sort of scammed someone. Can I be legally sued or anything else of that sort?

This is like the worst place to tell people that you scammed someone. Like 80% of the people in the world who buy wow related stuff come here, So i dont think anyone is gonna buy or sell you anything now. I would have just google'd it. Cause now you are frowned upon on here.

Yes you can get sued by the guy, and yes Blizzard helps with such events. Chances are, if you don't get sued by the guy, Blizzard will sue you for acting as an unauthorized vendor of Blizzard property.

The site was threatened with being permanently shut down, and chose to change it's ways for that reason, and that reason only. Its really quite unfair to flame this guy in the present, when many of you were actively following and taking part in the scam section when it wasn't frowned upon by "higher-ups".

If you get your facts right, 90% of the staff members including KuRIoS disliked the scammign section but little 14 year old kiddies who wanted an easy way to maek money clogged the section up making it hard to remove due to google, SEO etc.
