Will I lose my character?

Around a week ago I bought an account from someone. I transferred the character to a completely new account, but now he's trying to retrieve his original account back.

Question: Could Blizzard track my character transfer and return it to the original account?

But you need a secret question and answer to transfer the character. Won't blizzard find something suspicious about that?

If the guy has the original cdkey and a picture of his ID he can do anything he wants.

I'm not sure if they will refund you. But, they can take it back if they wanted to and if he has valid documentation.
