Botting for money

Hello everyone!
I'd like to ask you one simple question, is it possible to make any real money for botting atm, in cata?Let's say i have a lvl 80 hunter, with wotlk gear, upgraded to cata, max mining/herbalism.I'd bot with SGather, sell mines/herbs to ah, and sell the gold.I'd bot for like 10hours a day.Would i make any profit (by saying profit i mean if i'd get some raw money, taking in mind that i have to pay monthly wow fee). Playing on EU Tarren Mill Horde, if that helps.

Botting ten hours a day with both herbalism and mining will probably make 15-20k a day.

15k (minimum gold made) x $2 (minimum gold price) = $30.

$30 (a day) x 30 (days per month) = $900

$900 - $15 = $885.

Yep lotta people do it, 10 hours a day will net you prolly 10k depending on what your server is like, i run 2 accounts us 24/7 and pull in 75-100k a day

EDIT : I was pointed that the best place to sell wow gold atm is mmopawn.It pays 0.0005$ per gold on my server, which is 7.5$ for 15k gold, thats 225$ per month - 15$ = 210$ rawr $,a little smaller amount, but still worth it!.

Yeah, its just too bad a lot of chinese gold buyers try to blow you off and sell gold for an insane price of $0,60 per k. Should be more around $1. Chinese new year is coming up tho, which means the demand probably will be bigger then there can be delivered.

a little tip: sell your gold to trusted buyers. their prices are better

Could you tell me where you get 2 bucks/1k? O_o Because that sounds just... amazing...

Also, Mr. OP why would you have to choose that exact server? :< Its the exactly same faction and server as I have JUST started on (Currently leveling up my paladin to start botting)

^Same as above, Im game to change over buyers. I use someone from here and they are 1-1k. Is there a link or way to contact who you are using? I'm sure they would get a lot of business lol
