Instance fishing?

The Vortex Pinnacle - Zone - World of Warcraft

Both blackrock caverns and the vortex pinnacle have been fished in... anyone knows where these fishing spots are? I havent been able to find them.

Otherpossibilities, there could be water outside of the instance area that is usually pathable, for example if you were to get out of many instances such as Utgarde Pinnacle there is a large land mass that is explorable around it, if this area contains water it will likely be unfishable but if developers were testing on this water, it may of been populated but I wouldn't hold my breath.

And i think the tiger is because of a private server, don't think its the same thing.
