Hacked - Parental Control

Hey. I got an wow account which was not in my name, and somebody hacked it and put on a block from me playing. I'm bascally over 18 but my ID doesn't say the same as REAL ID.
Any tips?

more information would be needed to help you. also i find it a little strange that someone hacked you and put a parental control on it and not change the password or something of the sort. Did you recall the account through blizzard when it was hacked?
