Neutral AH ninjas?

Today I was putting some items for sell into the neutral AH and someone instantly bought them for 1 copper. Can it be done automatically? I already know that this can be done with the auctioneer's Snatch, but is there any way to scan AH automatically for buying certain items? what is the way to do that?
