Account to Account Character Transfer (WoW)

So then, the account started out as my older brothers. We both used the account. He moved out and then now we want to know if we can move his characters to a different account for him. Simple.. not difficult explaining.

As long as the accounts are registered to the same name, you can do it.

The new account will have to be in the exact same name. They will also have to be the exact same battle.net account (it can be a different battle.net account, however you have to wait 60 days before transferring from one battle.net account to another regardless of same name). So, it's recommended that you basically buy/add a secondary WoW account to your current battle.net account if you want to transfer in the immediate future. You also have to pay for each character you transfer over just like a regular transfer, which I think is $25 USD per toon.

Also i did it from around 5hours ago from my dads acc to my acc i was just goin to character transfer and then i chosed server and then i could chose an another acc and then it asks for secret answer and then you can write you trough the other phases...
and ofc it need to be in the same battle.net acc but i think you can ask Blizz about to tranfer your brothers acc to your battle.net acc becouse you got the same name as him i hope i helped you didnt understand your question clearly but tell me if i answered wrong...
