Transfering a Character?

So, my main has several bans already (spamming, swearing, exploiting, hacking, scamming and more), but I didn't receive my final warning yet. However I'm still afraid when I continue exploiting (which ill -will- do), that I'll get a permanent ban. The character is worth a lot, with hundreds of euros on just ingame items, and I don't want to lose it. With the new Wow prices, I'm thinking of getting a new acc to transfer it to. Some questions:

1. If I do this, will my Characters history records of bans etc be clear? Since the ban is accountwide and not character wide.
2. Do the Collectors Edition pets get send to every char on the account I redeem it on, or every account/char on my whole battlenet?

And aside from that, would you think its worth it? It would cost me 5+5+0+0+20 (5 and 5 for vanilla+tbc, already got a wotlk ce hanging around and I wouldve ordered cata already no matter what. The 20 is for the transfer) extra.

1. You chars ban history woulnd be reseted by transfering it to another new fresh account.
since the ban history isnt on the account, but the char itself.
2. i cant help you with that, sincei have no clue sorry.

collector edition pets are only on the acc you registered the collectors edition...
the new created acc wont have the pets... (but i think you will keep the pet on your transfered char)

to the first question: your char is flagged and will stay flagged after transfer

im not sure the pet will stay on your char, i think its the same when u add an authenticator...
i tryed it, and when i removed the authenticator, the pet was gone.

danbirk, I still have my pet after authenticator was removed. But I got hacked and the scammer used authenticator on the account so I couldn´t log in/change info before he cleaered my account, I sent blizz a mail and they removed the authenticator than restored my gear. But I still have the pet and I recive the pet on all chars I have or the ones I create.^^

well i tried 3 times and all 3 times the pet was removed, but i still got one more pet in my achivement

I ment the CE pets not authenticator.. I wont lose the core hound since the acc stays on same bnet

The CE pet will be on the WoW account you attach it to and every existing and new character will be sent a BoA "Lil' Deathwing" pet. My main account has the cata CE on it, and theres a trial account and a wotlk ptr on there too without the CE pet. (see pic)
