Theory: paying blizzard in a different currency

I just heard a guildy talk about getting a char to another realm and he sayd it was 20 pounds to him. I directly thought hey, thats 20 euro's for me, if i pay that in euro's you pay 4 pounds less. so i whent on a bit of exploring and found out that for a russian a month of game time is 359 roubles witch atm comes down to 8.71 euro's...

i have no idea how to pay blizz in another currency but it seems to me like it shouldn't be hard.

Im pretty sure thats not possible everytime i look at prices on account managment they are always £ (pounds)

There are in pounds before of your country IP and the country that you wrote down when you started the account.

Yeh but how about buying a russian account online and playing on the eu realms with it, the Russian realms are listed with us so that should be possible and would save allot of money for a dual boxer for example

The Russians pay less, because they are limited to Russian realms only. That's why Russian gametime and discs, cost less. For example, Cataclysm costs 399 Rub, it's about 9.7 Euro.
