Really It's not cheap. total is like 4250. 4k exalted for the 310% flight and another 250g to fly in Azeroth. You have to have both. But to fly in Azeroth it will only cost 250g.

Do take note that for the 4k (280 and / or 310) you have to be exalted with valiance. Dalaran won't let you pay the lower amount. And for SW I don't know what rep you have to be there.
