24 hour WoW suspension :/

My account got suspended for 24 hours, and i don't really understand why. The account should have been unsuspended by now, but it isn't.

This is the message i got,

Date of Violation: 2010/09/27
Character Name Involved: Zinnk (Character is already deleted)
Type of violation: Unauthorised Access of a third-party account
Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 24 hours - subtracted stolen gold from character Blinnk

Blinnk and Zinnk are both my characters so i am kind of confused lol. And it's already been 24 hours .

Contact Blizzard tech support via the phoneline, or make a trial account with the same first and last name, and get stuck somewhere (or pretend to be). Make a ticket for a GM to unstuck you, and when the GM asks if there's anything else they can help you with, tell them about your other account and the issue.

Ok, thanks you. I cbf to call them up so i'll try the stuck method. If that doesn't work i will phone them up.

I talked to the GM, but he said he can't do anything about it lol. Looks like ill just wait till tomorrow and if it still isn't unsuspended ill ring them up

I had the same problem, but the news aren't good. It might not be the same case with you. I had bought a WoW CD key for WoW gold, and got banned for 72 hours + Final Warning Issued. However, after the 72 hours had passes, my account wasn't unbanned. I waited for a day, and then I sent them an email to unban my account because the suspension was over. Sadly I got an email saying that my account was permamently closed out of nowhere :S . I wish somebody could help me... I'm emaling them since february, and my account is still banned.

Try to say that your account got stolen, like you went on vacation and when got back, you had the ban.... From what i've seen that's always the best way. Doesnt guarantee you'll get it back.

Its been over 48 hours and my account is still suspended :/
