Lost everything

October last year i was hacked after i had stopped playing. Today i decided to get my account back and i found that ALL my stuff was gone, 2 level 80s with nothing in their name, about 20k gold lost. I asked a GM and he said it had been too long so i cant get anything recovered.

I am now stuck, i cant get any gear/gold to do anything with, so pissed off!

Bot a new char up to 80 and use it to farm.

I'm sure if you spam /2 saying you've lost everything and need help with some instances someone will take pity and carry you.

You just happened to have a stupid GM.Call them by skype ( the first call is for free ) and tell them what had happened exactly.Don't fear to speak with them,just do it.I'm pretty sure you can get your character back.

Zomtorg you were right, i made another ticket before i read you post saying how pathetic it was. I have had about 40% of my items recovered. Still have 1 level 80 with nothing at all, my banker has only had some of his money back (used to have a full guild bank) and my 80 pally has had his armor and money replaced.

On my pally i have 3000 gearscore with what was recovered, thats pretty bad from what ive told...what instances are an easy way to get gear?

Glad I could help .If you want some gear,for 3000gs you can go to Trial of the Champion to get some gear.You can easily get some epic trinkets from there and boost your GS a little bit.When you've gear good enough,go to Trial of the Champion heroic.

After you've good enough gear go to The Forge of Souls normal and get the quest so you can go to the Pit of Saron.Similiar to The Forge of Souls,you get a quest inside Pit of Saron which upon complete you can enter the Halls of Reflection.After you've done these quests,farm those 3 normal dungeons until you can get into the heroic one.I'd suggest you to be a DPS while going to the heroic dungeons because a poorly geared tank or healer won't do the job.In addition,ALWAYS try to get into a PuG for VoA 10/25.There you can get very good gear even if you're poorly geared.When you've good gear ( around 5,4k GS ) you can try going to ICC.Usually the PuGs are searching for people with around 5k GS+ for the first 4 bosses which are pretty easy and you can get good gear for them.

The exact same thing happend to me aswell, I was hacked while taking a break from WoW.
And now I want it back, and my items were gone. Didnt know GM Would refund it though. Cause 1 GM Told me It was way to long ago.

Ok so if you have enough gold,you can accept the buy Battered Hilt for around 7-8k gold ( Horde Version and Alliance Version ).In addition,if you're aiming for Shadowmourne,you get Shadow's Edge as complete the second quest from the chain.One more good weapon you can get is Bryntroll, the Bone Arbiter which you get from ICC 25 from the first boss which is VERY easy and you may be able to get into ICC 25 if you're the only one who's being "boosted".

P.S. Mayx try to call blizzard on the phone.If you don't want to pay,as I said before,make a Skype account and the first call is for free.You'll have to wait a little bit on hold,and when they assist you,tell them your story.I'm pretty sure they can restore almost everything back because one friend had a character deleted for like 2 years,and then he wanted it back,and they recreated it for him.
