Weapon skill

Are there any methods of AFK raising weapon/unarmed skill lying around that still work? All of the threads and methods I've seen either claim to not work or not work anyway.

Yeah here is an example of a mob on which you can train your weapon skills. He can't be killed without the quest items and it doesn't hit hard.
