Chance to get your account back from the bot ban wave

Hey! I lost my account some years ago when I used Glider in the ban wave. I thought that I would write now how I got my account back from them, by sending them a simple message through the webform.

Here's what you need to do:
First you'll need to find a good reason, like my account was hacked (as I used) and my last login was somewhere in 2007, I included that I had been away from WoW for awhile now and that I was going to return, but the account could possibly be hacked /or I had lost my password somewhere.

After a week or so, I got mail called: "Final Warning Issued", and I got my old TBC account back.

A few years ago is a LOT different then today.. "Lol i r hacked so please give back, wasnt me who played on it for years!" doesn't really work.

Yeah, I get your point. But atleast I got my account back for myself, and I'm just willing to share this with this great community.. I'm sure many people are willing to get their accounts back, so please. Oh, and also remember to type your message clearly and with good english (no kitt'n language) ^^.

somedays before i remember i logged with other ip (proxy)
maybe i can tell them my account got hacked?

This is common sense, send a few emails if they deny it phone up.

I got banned just some seconds ago and I have NO idea why... I just suddenly wasnt able to log in and I got a mail saying that ive been using ''Hacks'' . It was not a fake mail. I have not any hack device up. I have not doing anything with gold selling or anything. The only thing that maybe has something to do with this is that i did a modelchange on a mount. Nothing special I had it almost the whole day. Then I got a new model edit to a mount. And I renamed it and logged in. And then I could not log in. I guess It could have been the reason. But I didnt knew that the warden could detect a .MPQ edit? and thats not a hack anyway. So what do you think?

what you do is, go ahead and buy chinese power leveling, then when the new bot ban wave comes, u can REALLY say, Hey look at the login location, i was hax0red! And they'll give u your account back int 5-10 days

i got banned for the same reason. i sent them an email saying that i use a proxy server provided by my ISP to play wow because i live in aus and the pings are so high. i eventualy got a reply, i cant remember what it said tho coz it was like at the start of the year but i got my acc back in the end.
