Trouble Downloading PTR

So, when I try to download the PTR, it gets past setup just fine, and then after a minute or so into the yellow "available" stage, it just says 'Blizzard downloader has encountered a problem and needs to close'. Now, I looked at a bunch of other things on google as well has the bliz site, and all of them say that its from Nvidia Firewall, however I do NOT have nvidia firewall. I'm using ESET and have already tried adding exception and also completely turning ESET off, and still is not working. I do manage to get a hundred MB or so downloaded each time before it crashes, so eventually I will have it downloaded completely (I hope) but any helpful information would be appreciated.

Try this.. Turn off eset nod32 and your windows firewall, then run a sweep on ur pc for virus's and what not then retstart your pc then make sure no firewall or anti-virus is running in the background, to view a list of running programs you can do CTRL+ALT+DELETE = TASK MANAGER Then go from there if not let me kno and ill look into more fixs for this.
