hacking accounts

My friend has been hacked, it was a while ago but he could not get it back from blizz. i was wondering if anyone could help me get it back for him. we have the original email and acc name.

Step 1. Have you got the original credit card/payment plan information? If so use support (phone support is the best way) and you should get it back easy.
Step 2. If not, tell them your original CD key information and you should get it back with photo id proof.

If you have neither pray to any god you can think of and start entering random passwords becuase that is the only way you are going to get it back.
