    Goldsite Proven users of Identity Theft!

    I have hard evidence that a Goldsite used my identity to send emails to it's customers (Who's email addresses were included)

    I'm talking to a live representative at the moment. I was just wondering where do I stand on this, do I have possible leverage to get something out of them such as propose a straight swap for the email account (So they can delete the emails.)

    Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

    Call your lawyer or family lawyer and ask him/her. Most ppl on here wont have a great response besides something of a guess.
