Changing Name on Battle.net Account

Greetings,

So I recently inherited a friend's Battle.net account, and it's got a really well geared character. However, I really don't wanna pay an extra $15 a month.

Basically, i'd like to move the account or character over my personal Battle.net account, now I know the only way to do this is if the last names match.

My question to everyone - have any of you had any luck changing the name on your battle.net account? Right now my plan is to submit fake documentation to Blizzard and claim that I legally changed my last name via marriage (i'm quite handy with Photoshop).

If u can send blizz a copy of ur pass board or something with the name change, i think they will do it, else not.
