Banned account unbannable?

I have only posted a couple times, and im not sure if this is the right section. Im going to post it here anyways. Warning: Bad English!!! Flame all you want.

So , i was useing a speed hack that is on in the Programs section. Of course i started using it in Warsong to cap the flags on see them "LOLOMGWTF", and of course the flaming from the other people, and some horde (i was ally) can onto my server, created a level one and spam me "U HAXX GTFO!".. funny stuff.

But, i used it so much i didnt care its not a big deal.. to the other players i claimed to have "hacked" the account it isnt mine (which is not true). but its not a big deal to get it back just want to get all your opinions.

I ramble on.... I call Blizzard : "My account has been hacked, and when i try to retrieve it, it says perma ban." or somthing like that..

Will it work?? Yes? No? Have you tried this before? (im on the phone, 28 minute wait so fun i will update when im done.)

If you did this on a trial account (Which is what people do, btw), then I don't think so. If you did this on an upgraded, whether up to Cata or not, account, then it's possible. It just depends on how you word your email to WoWAccountAdmin, and how they're feeling at the time. Sometimes accounts get unbanned, but most of the time they do not.

It works, unbanned. it is upgraded to cata btw. and dont be dicks it was a test not weather i deserve it or not.
