    Account sharing question

    I know account sharing is a bannable offense, but can anyone with experience tell me what are the chances of getting a ban if I use my friends account to play Cataclysm when he lives in MN and I live in TX? Not sure if it makes a difference at all, but his IP from comcast (when looked up) comes from New Jersey.

    If the risk is high, is there any way around it, such as using a proxy or something?

    I used to use my friends account to make gems etc, all the time. And he lives in a different country... Never had any problems.
