Ban a Ninja?

Okay so today I was doing Sunwell Plateau for the two bows Golden Bow of Quel'Thalas and
Thori'Dal, the Stars' Fury

I would have gotten the Legendary by a priority roll but I joined at Felmyst so I did not have a say in who the Master Looter was. Turns out it was a level 70 twink Hunter... Anyways instead of handing the bow over to myself he first decided to take the Epic bow from the Twins even when a Warrior rolled a 100 on it (He claims the Warrior gave it to him). During the passing off of the Legendary, everyone who was not in his guild was saying "Give it to Clynx!". He passed it to himself and left the raid, I was wondering if it is possible to ban a Ninja.

Ahh ok, Well I plan on that, and he has done it on multiple occasions so I have heard. Im getting him Gkicked from his main guild and his twink guild.

You can report him for shady looting and blizz with strip him of the item(s) that were wrongfully taken. Unless he advertised that it was reserved, he will be stripped of it if you report him.

TLDR: Make ticket:
(NinjaName) took (item) from our raid, he pretty much ninja'd it. He didn't advertise it and shady looting is making my gaming experience worsen. If you could restore the item, that would be nice since I really wanted it.

Unless the master looter states that you can roll on the items, they can take whatever they want without punishment.

If he said anything about looting rules (Such as loot will be rolled for, mainspec>offspec) and that kind of thing, you can report him for ninjaing. If he never mentioned any rules for looting, Blizzard will take no action.

He did not even roll. So based on roll, I was the only hunter to roll therefore It should have gone to me especially when he got an epic bow 5 minutes prior

If enough people can complain you can get it taken away, happend with an ashes of al'ar ninja at my server.
Technically though, there isn't anything they should be able to do with it, it says in their rules master looter always has the final decision.
