1% crash when downloading

I use Windows 7 64bit Premium, but no matter what I do (run downloader as admin, run safe mode with networking, compatibility mode to XP SP3 to the downloader) it always crashes at 1%.

Why is it doing this?

I forgot to say, this is the Cataclysm alpha family and friends client.

Also, my cataclysm installer was working fine last night but I had to stop it because I had to raid.
