Not sure exactly where I should post this and I don't know if any of it's been
posted before or not.
Anyway, looking through Spell.dbc I found these. I've only included the ones I felt were most interesting since I had to copy them by hand and it took a while >.<
NOTE: Spells marked *NEW* have been recently added to the list. This doesn't mean that they have been recently added to the DBC files.
Spells & Talents
Warrior
Impending Victory (NYI) - Your damaging Heroic Strike, Bloothirst and Slam abilities have a $h% chance of allowing you to use Victory Rush.
Warlock
Demonic Quickness - Increase the movement speed of you and your summoned Demon by $s1% while your summoned demon is active. This does not stack with other movement speed increasing effects.
Druid
Pulverise (NYI) - Deals $s1 bleed damage for each of your Lacerate applications on the target, and increases your total attack power by $s2% for each Lacerate application consumed. Lasts 10 seconds.
Primal Madness - Tiger's Fury and Berserk also increase your maximum energy by $s1 during its duration, and your Enrage and Berserk abilities instantly generates $s2 Rage.
Fury Swipes - When you auto-attack while in Cat form or Bear form, you have a $s1% chance to gain an extra auto-attack on the same target. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 sec.
Improved Feral Charge - Increases the damage done by your next 3 attacks by $s1% in Bear form after you use Feral Charge (bear), and Ravage will temporarily not require stealth for $s2 sec after you use Feral Charge (Cat).
*NEW* Stampeding Roar - The druid roars, increasing all nearby players movement speed within $a1 yards by $s2% for $d.
*NEW* Fungal Growth - When your Treants die or your Wild Mushrooms are triggered, you spawn a Fungal Growth at its wake covering the area within 8 yards, slowing all enemy targets by $s1%. Lasts 10 sec.
Mage
Time Warp - Warp the flow of time, increasing melee, ranged, and spell casting speed by $s1% for all party and raid members, as well as granting the casting mage $s2% increased movement speed. Lasts $d. Allies receiving this effect will experience Temporal Displacement and be unable to benefit from Heroism, Time Warp, or Bloodlust for $57723d.
Rogue
Restless Blades - Your damaging finishing moves reduce the cooldown of your Blade Flurry, Killing Spree, and Sprint abilities by 1.5 sec per combo point.
Blackjack - Successful Saps leave enemies Groggy for $d afterwards, reducing their damage done by $s1%.
*NEW* Murderous Intent - If you backstab an enemy that is at or below $s2% health, you instantly recover $s1 Energy.
Shaman
Lava Surge - Gives your Flame Shock periodic damage ticks a $h% chance to reset the cooldown of your Lava Burst spell.
Searing Flames - Causes your Searing Bolts from your Searing Totem to have a $s1% chance to set their targets aflame, dealing damage equal to the Searing Bolt's damage over $77661d. Stacks up to 5 times.
Improved Lava Lash - Increases the damage of your Lava Lash ability by $s1%, and by an additional $s2% for each of your applications of Searing Flames on the target, consuming those applications in the process.
*NEW* Ancestral Swiftness - Increases movement speed by $s1%. This does not stack with other movement speed increasing effects.
*NEW* Focused Insight - After casting any Shock spell, your next heals mana cost is reduced by $s1% of the cost of the Shock spell, and its healing effectiveness is increased by $s2%.
Priest
*NEW* Shadowy Apparition [PH][NYI] - While moving or dealing damage with your Shadow Word: Pain, you will sometimes summon a Shadowy version of yourself which will slowly move towards a target which is afflicted by your Shadow Word: Pain. Once reaching that target, it will instanly deal damage equal to $s1% of your Mind Blast's damage.
Paladin
*NEW* Blessing of Might - Places a Blessing on the friendly target, increasing attack power by $s1% and restoring $s3 mana every 5 seconds for $d. If your target is in your party or raid, all party and raid members will be affected. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time.
Uncategorized
Escorting the Negotiator - Escort the Horde Negotiator to the main hall of Dragonmaw port.
Children of Deathwing - Nefarian and Onyxia attack $s1% faster when they are together.
Felblood - The enemy is covered in felblood, increasing damage taken from fire and shadow and allowing them to hear the whispers of Sargeras.
Summon Gurubashi Challenger - Summon a challenger to fight you inside the Battle Ring in the Cape of Stranglethorn.

Drop Skull - Drops a skull on the ground. You must be carrying a Gurubashi Skull.
*NEW* Icecrown's Chill - Channels the force of Icecrown, reducing Fire damage taken by $s3% and deals Frost damage to Ragnaros every $t2 sec.
