How the et back a banned account?

Hi everyone!

I've got a small issue, or lets say a nostalgic feeling that burns to get back my first account since playing wow. My story is simple: started playing, was pretty good, got bored, sold account, retrieved account, the account was banned because of too many different ip's accessing it i think, am not sure though because the guy i sold the account to got the e-mail of the account getting banned. I tried to get it back a few times, blizz didn't budge.

So my question is, is it possible to get my account back, tricking or lying to blizzard, don't even care.

PS: have all the info about the acc.(name, s/a, key code and ofc my ID as the creator of the account) im missing the registered e-mail and the password because the guy i sold the account to had control over the account when it got banned.

most likely not, if it was banned from being accesed from multiple ips they will think one of the following : you are botting on proxy networks, you are lending out your acc or you are trading accounts.

Phone up blizzard and claim that your account hacked, unless it was like 2 years ago they'll probably still have IP logs.

Of course say NOTHING about selling it. Insist you can give all infomation including an ID.

Using these you can recall it to your email adress if you have all of the infomation.

If all else fails and you want to use it for nostalgia alone you can try on the PTR realm, depending on whether your account was active or not during the PTR backup I guess.

well, it was banned quite a while ago, can't remember how long ago though, I sent a request through the application and they answered, but they want to check my battle.net account, which doesn't exist, because the acc. was banned before they started to merge accounts. I sent them a photo of my ID and im waiting for them to answer.
