How the hell are there videos of them up and running when there's no instructions on it working properly?

I know it's probably sandboxed, but even so...the client itself isn't showing them as anything more than incomplete...so is the video fake skinned or was it from a new version of the alpha?

The Worgen Female model is in the Alpha, but it's not currently set to be used. I'm looking at the MPQs and I see male Worgen textures in common.mpq, but the female ones are not there. If I had to guess, I'd assume someone altered the male textures and applied them to the female model for such videos.

Female model with male texture looks relatively normal, and would more than suffice for making a video. With some effort you could easily make a female texture look ideal.

Pretty much this, though in my case I found it easier to put take the female model and animations and overwrite the existing male model.
