I have this same error as OP crashing at 1%... W7 32bit

I recommend reinstalling WoW completely, and make WoW Cata install to C:/Users/Public/Games/World of Warcraft Beta

If that doesn't work, I'm not quite sure what's wrong, as my WoW Cata installation had problems until I patched WoW to 3.3.3a, and afterwards, it ran smoothly.

Also had the same problem, couldn't figure out a work around so I just downloaded rnetz's (From IRC) full pack of the US client. Sorry man.

windows 7 32bit here..

mines crashed at 97%, trying it again with the US blizzard addons.(is meant to fix the bug)

I had the same problem, ended up reinstalling WoW, it worked fine.
