Safe to transfer a character to my account after it's been Power Leveled illegaly?

So I payed for power-leveling 1-75 on my rogue (Please don't ask.)The rogue is on it's own account. (Because it was going to take 17 days to complete.) The power leveling is done, and I'm in control of my account. My question is, is it safe to transfer this the rogue to my Main account?

    Thanks in advance folks!

    [EDIT]

Additional information: I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that most power leveling websites use bots to level. This is why I'm concerned about switching him over to my main account because I'm afraid that the character is "tainted."

17 days for 75 seems like bot, honorbuddy can do 80 in about 14 days, so either really slow leveler or bot.

i dont think it should be a problem seeing as how that would have been the only activity on the account. :/ so you should feel free in xfering it over, if your still not sure, wait a couple weeks then do it
    EDIT:

Cause alslo, chances are if it was gonna be banned, it would have been banned already

Wrong, they don't call ban waves without a reason. Delayed banning has been in their arsenal and frankly is long overdue.

However what you failed to note/know. Transferring characters release notes attached to it after a period of ~1 week AFTER it is moved. so long as you do not bot AT ALL, you will be fine.

This coming from a source which you are not privy. And I am not saying anything more on it as, I don't want ... people, running around thinking they do know what they speak of. Warden for example in B&P.
