Edit: I just refreshed the Blizzard Store's page and you can now actually buy the Celestial Steed (€20/$25) and Lil' XT (€10/$10)!

Many already knew that with the coming of patch 3.3.3 on the PTR, the Celestial Steed got fished from the data files.
Many have already wondered how this mount would become available in-game.
Ulduar was just a setback? http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ex...voa-train.html
Wrong, wrong, wrong.
The staff of wow.com saw an advertisement of the Celestial Steed and Lil' XT on the Blizzard Store this morning.
Here is the article: Celestial Steed mount and Lil' XT pet to be sold on the Blizzard store
Review:
-Note for Europeans: Do NOT buy from the US Store to save those 2 euros. I just found it out the hard way. This might sound like common sense, but I managed to pull this off when Lil' KT and the Panda Monk were released.-
-The looks and animations are exactly like they are in this video

-It gets delivered in-game by a letter from Mei Francis.
-It scales with your riding skill and location. (e.g. You've learnt the Expert Riding Skill and are in Outland then you're able to fly at 150% speed.)
-If you've already got a flying mount which flies at 310% speed your Celestial Steed will fly at 310% speed aswell.
-The Celestial Steed gets delivered to all your current characters and all the ones you'll ever make. (It's not similar to the Riding Turtle - Item - World of Warcraft, it can only be used at level 20 and a riding skill of 75 is needed. The speed gets increased as your riding skill increases.)
It's possible that you'll get into a queue if you're trying to buy it now, due to the massive amount of people trying to get it.
Enjoy!
