Post powerleveling faction guide?

First, I apologize if this is the wrong forum or if there was a guide somewhere already; I searched but didn't find much easily.

Does anyone have a reference, or a quick off the head guide to getting your base factions (say stormwind,exodar,darnassus, etc, for alliance) up to a presentable level after having a character powerleveled?

Before the Armory this was never an issue really, but now if someone checked that character out and was curious enough they could probably deduce that it was leveled. Or maybe I'm being too cautious.

Anyway, all I can think of is either the stacks of cloth quests (expensive), alterac valley (slow), or trying to go back and do low level quests (slow for low rep). I could probably try to get a list of 40-50+ quests that offer reputation and run through them quickly.

Are there any better solutions?

They can see your armory and make assumptions.
But they don't know crap about you, so what's it matter?

They see crappy gear?
You're not fond of quests, you enjoy farming more and you're saving for your mount so rather not use the AH to buy gear.
Tough stuff, i know....
