account to account character transfer question

Recently I receive final warning on my wow account, also gm told me if i do anything bad in future my account will be permanently closed...

so I was wondering If I transfer my wow character to brand new wow account is the final warning going to carry over to the new account?

I don't believe so. Now, given that i am not 100% sure, I do think that it could work. I know that any records of any violations are stored on the account, NOT the character, so transferring to another account could work. But also there is the fact that any character transfers are logged, so if looked into enough could be traced back to your original account.

Overall I wouldn't worry about that though, I think transferring to a different account could be a good idea.

But again, don't quote me.
