Trojan horse - CTM Teleporter 1.5

How to report a program which don't have a anti-virus report and infect the computer after is installed and open a door for virus via Internet explorer?
The program is call CTM Teleporter and open a Internet explorer window before start and this happen to me!!!
When i installed and i click it its open a Internet explorer window and i close it.5 min later this happen to my computer:
Antivirus Suite is a rogue anti-spyware and ransomware program from the same family as Antivirus Soft. The program will also not allow you to launch most applications other than those absolutely required for Windows or Antivirus Suite to run properly. When you attempt to launch other programs, Antivirus Suite will state that they are infected. It will then prompt you to purchase the rogue to repair the infection. These are just further scare tactics and should be repared!!!

I download before the old version CTM teleporter 1.3 which was same with a advertised in from Internet explorer before to start.but now so bad he to get pay it from antivirus company to put Trojans horse for them.

Then you are mistaken. I've used this hack tool many times and yes it shows up as a Trojan, but go find me a hack that doesn't make any AV go apeshit, so stop trying to blame people for viruses you have on your computer from god-knows where else, that hack is legit.

Did the program try to open Internet explorer before start and why?When the Internet explorer window open is there every time different advertise on it?How happen this program dont have a anti virus report?The rules on the administration says all programs with out it will be deleted or not be published?And finally how after 5 min after I click on his program icon got this malware from his Internet explorer window which pop up before start?

I clean the virus in safe mode of windows today.I can go back to WoW again . Thxs lot for everything .Topic closed!
