Macro- /castsequence ?

yo guys need some help ive hear about /castsequence macros... i cant get it to work, any1 know?

Syntax is '/castsequence reset=<put macro reset time here> <Spell 1>, <Spell 2>, <Spell 3> etc.' Note, the reset is not compusary.

Example:

/castsequence reset=30 Mana Tap, Arcane Torrent

Another Example:

/castsequence [nocombat] Find Herbs, Find Minerals

[Enfeebleness]
