Iron Boot Flask activating repediatly? :S

I don't know where to post this so i am posting it here

Last night i was raiding Festergut on WoWBeez and our tank named Mimiru was constanlty using Iron Boot Flask even dough it has 1h cooldown she would not tell me how so i decided to ask around.
I hope you guys can help me

Indeed what Aldun says. Unfortunately for you MMOWned is vastly based off Retail World of Warcraft, I would suggest asking in the Emulator forums, the actual Private Server Forums on which you play, other players in game or possibly reporting it to a GM/Admin (you might get a reward ^.^ )
