So when I try to login to my acc I get this




So I need someone to help me by either telling me what to do or do something for me.

I am the OO of the bnetacc and have all the info about it. however I am not the OO of the actual wow acc, it was given to me by a friend that was an acc that he didn't play anymore, it already had tbc so it took it, the highest level was a 28 twink.

Also the bnet had my old email, which got hacked, so I just now changed it because of this.

I have bought and sold gold on it but never powerleveled.

I think the problem is that I used hotspot sheild while playing on it and forgot it was on so I turned it off while still logged in.

Anyway if you can help me +Rep, if you can do what I have to do for me I will pay you what little money I have on my paypal, $1.94

Unfortunately there are things that simply are not reversable.
1) You are not the original owner of the account, so chance of account access recovery is already slashed by 50% regardless of what the reason for the ban was. Sharing accounts is a stupid idea because it is against blizzards ToS and EULA.
2) You bought and gold gold on the account. Buying and selling gold is a stupid idea because it is against blizzards ToS and EULA.
3) I am assuming you do not have access to your old email? Again screwed.
4) I don't even know what a hotspot shield it.

We really can't help you until you are able to show us WHAT you actually got banned for. In otherwords we need the information and reason for your account closure that Blizzard sends you via email.

my email got hacked or something, I didn't share acc he gave it to me after it was inactive for like 3 months, I only bought about 1kg

I heard from O.K. that it would say banned if it was banned, this just says closed he said that means it was recalled but how?

No, it wasn't recalled. It would just say the info is wrong.

Call them and ask them what happened. If you can contact your "friend" and get his ID so you can send it in and get the account back if it's not perma banned. If they tell you WHY it happened, you can sometimes get out of a perma ban if you didn't get banned for buying gold or confirmed hacks/3rd party automation software.

Just so you know "Closed" means permanently banned. WoW never actually says the word "banned" in-game (just "suspended" or "closed").

Why would he, why would he, why would he?

This simply means that the last realm he logged into was a private server. This doesn't prove anything other than this guy also plays on privates.

To the op: Why aren't you helping people trying to help you? As Unholy stated, we're gonna need the email from blizz, you haven't even said what the reason they gave for banning you was. So far there's a ton of reasons you could've been banned.

1) You could've used some kind of third party program (luaninja, a bot, wowemuhacker, cheatengine or whatever) and simply not told us about it (people do that very often)

2) You could've been busted for buying/selling gold.

3) You could've been busted for sharing accounts.

Also, if the email you've registrered the account with is inaccesible, then you're royally butt****ed. No help at all to get there, as you have absolutely no evidence the account belongs to you.

yeah, you got a point elite. sorry for jumping the gun, OP. But I agree with needing to see official notification of a ban.
