Ban on multiple accounts?

Hi,

I got 2 accounts, one active with 3 80s and a tbc account.

If i transfer 1-2 characters to the second account (+ upgrade to wotlk) and use a bot on that account.. Could my 1. account be banned?

Both accounts are on the same name, but on different battle.net accounts.

I guess leveling with a bot would be cheaper than transfers.
Would it be safe to give the second account some gold per face2face?
With some dialog, so that it looks like i gave the second account to my brother or smth. ?

doubt it. ive used same name and email for all my accounts. havent lost more than 1 in a wave.
