Is there a chance of getting perma banned

I use an auto clicker to follow people out of the cave in AV, mount up on the 60% speed mount and follow them until it cant keep up. I never get reported afk. I have 0 warnings or suspensions for anything. I've gotten away with this for quite a while, but i only use it once every few months for a couple days, but im thinking about using it a few times a week.

its worth the risk to me for a 3 day ban, but not perma. Should i keep doing it? Or is it risking perma ban first offense? if i sat in the cave w/ it i know i would only get temp banned, but the way i use it, it looks like a really cheap bot.
