What does it mean? I mean besides that I'll probably be banned, though the website link is rather suspect to me and I usually never visit them until I know it's fake or not. If this is a fake it's incredibly well done, if not am I screwed? Any help would be appreciated, and sorry for the spam.

it means that you must send them ID to verify that you are the original owner of the account... a copy of some sort of ID, birth certificate or the likes

However dont login as it is a scam mail
