Is there a chance I can get my account back?

Well I have a little problem. My account was scammed some days ago by someone. And I can't take retrieve password because he has changed the email ofcourse. Another thing is that I don't have the original WoW key left, BUT I got the burning crusade key. The account is also registered in another person's name so I can't send a ps of a pass port or something to blizz. I do know the SQ and the answer.

When you call the support and want to reset your account they often asks for personal information, I do know all the information like name and adress. Then they asks for the WoW key, do they accept if I read the TBC key for them?

Summary; Is there a chance that I can get my account back, by knowing
- TBC CD KEY
- SQ ANSWER
- Name and adress the account is registered on

2. your name on teh account
3. the account name
4. ur sqa

but if you have give the sqa to the scammer, he always can recall it

yea, if you fail to do so just call blizz n say they were irl tradign n it will get perm ban. Bth thats a last resort
