phishing - will you get prosecuted?

i'm just wondering, if you are caught phishing for an acct, could you get in legal trouble? has it ever happened before? what are the chances?

Anyway all account Phissing is dealt with mainly in the confinds of wow so ur account/s get band if your trying to get there credit card info off wow and basicly commit identy fraud then the charges are ALOT bigger :nervous:

And 5 years in jail for doing the phising. if you were caught and fined/jailed you wouldnt be sent to a bad prison and they would prolley sent you on porol after a month. Because it's not a bad crime and they prolley might give you a shorter time to get porol if you were good lol Sorry for the offtopic thing ppl :confused:
