curious how this happened.

My account was recently hacked and i was looking at the achievements and i noticed he got my wsg flag cap( i hate wsg never play) and he got it for under 75 seconds and he got my 5k and 10k gold looting achieves in under 24 hours and he got the 100 and 250 stone keepers shards in that same 24 hours and a bunch of other achieves that were amazing for me to see in under 24 hours.. sounds like wow infinity to me and thats the only thing ive used that i think my hacked account was related too since im good at runnin a safe system and its the only thing i get warnings from was WI. Has anyone else had question about wi security?


also am i just to nub to see that all those achieves whoever hacked my account got are just easy to do over one day?

my other thing is im pretty sure they were botting since i was in outlands nether and had all my keys setup crazy like it was on a bot.. would explain the pots and talent setup.

WI isn't to blame on you being hacked, the farmers may use WI themselves and or their own super leet hack Also It is not uncommon anymore for them to hack and to get a shit ton of achieves.

You should consider your security of information more important than wondering how they did the hacks.

then they must of gotten it through my email or something because they had access.. all they did was add a authenticator didnt even change my pass.. i got it back added my own auth im reformatted and changed passwords to anything i thought of.

Somebody on MMOwned posted something like this, where some hacker also got the gold grinding achievements in the a matter of days i think, and a lot of other stuff, used some weird pots and shit, so i guess either it's the same person, or else they all just do the same stuff, whatever, have no idea what can get you hacked tho. Recently i heard about all these accounts getting hacked so i got myself an Authenticator, so my account is safe

Now when i think about it one of my friends at my school got hacked. He had an alt with a Guild bank with 5 tabs completely filled with herbs, 20000g on his alts, and 10k on his main, everything got taken, and he had gotten the same achievements as everyone else. It could be some guy going completely insane, and just hacking everyone, or else they're all just using the same ways to get the fastest gold possible.

T would explain alot I'm guessing they used wow infinity in warding for fast honor to get gems and they used wired potions on my guy to had lots f mark of the irlidi or something cat remember at work on my phone ATM they had my keys crazy setup wonder if they were botting a instance on like 70 heroic for fast g and items to sell would botting a instance be easy? They were at like negherstorm or something in outlands

My restoration went through and i have about 5k gold in the mailbox spread oout and a mule char with tons of similar rare lvl 70 recipes and items that i can sell all sell for like 100-400 gold a pop

If we know what items have dropped then we know what they're farming.

Indeed, they are farming some of the instances in Netherstorm, my guess is they're doing all 3 (Mechanar, Arcatraz and Botanica) because you should probably be able to keep on going, do all 3, then reset, rinse and repeat (Im talking about normal mode right now) since they are level 70 instances. Also if your an enchanter and the low level dusts/essences/shards are expensive then im guessing you can earn hell of a lot gold there.

Also the other guy had something new on his statistics on "Most potions used" which is Nethergon Vapor, and that can only be used in netherstorm instances.

Omw to auction house now, and checking prices for low level dusts and so on, as im an enchanter! ^^

You are exactly right I looked up recipes it's all three in netherstorm I'm a pretty gg geared Mage so solo botting it was proly easy in frost I have those exact pots nethergoon vapor or whatever I'll post ss when I home tho... Anyone kno how he botted those? The ammounts of gold and gear he got I wanna try too any bots u kno of ?
