Getting Deserter without being afk - what's happening?

So currently im idling AV now and then.
I wrote meself a little timer so i can tab in every <5mins, but even if i tab in WITHIN the time it is possible that i'm sitting outta the av and having the deserter debuff.

anybody a clue what this could be?
hass blizz implemented sth like have²be in combat / need x damage or sth?

how often do u have to be reportet till u r kicked?
is it just "right-click" reports or gm reports?

Get the trinket from reputation if that's possible, or else just run out of the tunnel in the start, and /follow some random dude, go to somewhere you could possibly hide, to the left of the middle GY is a great place, all the way down in the little "tunnel" you could either be standing to defend the GY or just got ressed, if you own it. You can also just stand in some of the bunkers which you have or are destroying. Anything like that pretty much, its easy to leech with just a little effort (or an auto-clicker ;b)
