Quickest RaF leveling

Hello fellow members of MMOwned. I have a question for you.

On black friday im planning to go out and buy a vanilla wow account to RaF with. Get another one or two characters to outlands to play, then probably just give the account away. BUT here is my problem.

Im not sure what the quickest way to get them to 60 is. Now i do have some RaF experience (2 chars to 60) and the way i did it before was i would hand level the both chars to about 8-10 by questing. Then i would go from 10-56 by instance boosting (a mix of friends and paid runners) then go from 56-60 in about an hour doing the cauldron quests (with a little other quests) in WPL.

Now i ask you guys..is this the quickest way? As far as i can tell it is but i wont to get some more input before i buy the account on Friday.
