Hackers managed all of this in two days.. they made over 60k gold, 15k from vendors, 20k from AH and 30k from looting gold. WTH???

My guess is they somehow hacked themselves into uldu/toc and oneshotted bosses there,
those bosses give alot of gold on drop (200g each), drop the patterns that were on the ah and also the epics they drop give quite some vendor money aswell

no? those patterns are all around ilvl128. and not sure about that, but if there was a player one-shotting bosses I'm pretty sure blizz would detect that instantly.

Judging by what health pots u have used most he was probably running the tempest keep dungeons like bot and mech

The patterns only drop from TK (25man raid) and SSC i think. Also found 136 mark of the illidari on my acc.

Check your dungeon achis if you dont mind for anything they may have done =)

ok i checked achievs, no instance ones have been complete. going through them all now.

Oh yeah, my hearthstone was set to area 52, which is near TK

hmm this is odd. only thing i can think of for mass looting is the raid, but that is locked out when finished.

maybe a mob that spawns other mobs

well, it was DEFINATELY in tempest keep : the eye, due to over 400 of the Tk mana/health potions being used, the mark of the illidari and the patterns. My guess is that they did something in there.
