Patch error

Well this happens every time when new patch comes. The picture is old, cba do take new one since it says the same error. Could anyone help me? I am not admin and i always have to contact him and he always take like 3 days to install it (hes lazy).. so heres the error message

Have you tried.. oh. I don't know, maybe re installing it like the error code is telling you to?

No, it dosent say that error anymore, everything else but the reinstall part

World of Warcraft - Repair.exe is your friend.

Also have you checked to make sure there already isnt a copy of uninstall.xml.temp in the directory. if there is one make sure its not Read Only, or better yet delete it.

Theres no uninstall thing, using the repair.exe though it never worked before... editing if it works
Edit: as i suspect didnt work..... any help?

If the repair.exe doesn't work, reinstall the game. This error is because you install a bad patch.
