Any way out of a chargbeback?

I paid some clown 4.5k for 3 months of WoW, and about 2 days before the 3 months was over, I got an account chargeback.

Can Blizzard check that the credit card was added in asian and somehow dismiss the charges or will I have to pay regardless?
