Guild bank changes

I heard some rumors about some changes with the guild bank in wow. Im probably just naiv, but would be cool if those changes would come.

What i heard:
- All players in the guild´ gold earnings will give some percent gold extra to the bank. Ex. if I earn one gold, the guild bank will get 10 silver, without me earning less.
- When you repair with the guild money, it will be less expensive than when you repair yourself. Ex. I have to repair and if i pay myself it will cost one gold, but if i pay with the guild money it will only cost, maybe 50 silver ( of the gold money).

Heard or read any of this? Could be pretty cool changes..
